In these trying times, why not try ending the year on a high note! The official Queensland Super Sprint State Championship is only 3 months away, being held at the home of Super sprints, Morgan Park Raceway. Starting with a practice on Friday the 13th, before moving on Sprints held on 2 different tracks on 2 different days (14th and 15th of November 2020).
Promoted and run by the team at Warwick District Sporting Car Club Inc this event is not to be missed if you “love to sprint”.
Day one will see all competitors show their talents driving the 3km circuit then backing up the next day on the classic 2.1km circuit. Standing start, 3 hot laps with a flying finish, with 3 runs on the Saturday, and 3 on the Sunday
Best times (total run) from both days will be combined to give a total time to determine who will take out the title of Queensland Super Sprint State Champion! Not only will we have a State Champion, but we will have class State Champions too (all appropriately socially distanced!)
We are still working on how we will give out trophies. We will run a register if anyone would like their trophy engraved and sent back to them (we recommend signing up for next year and collecting it the following year)!
The champions name will be added to our board of champions, and all champions will be invited to join their fellow competitors and attend our low-key barbecue dinner, with a low key track day during the day!
